What I've received is 1x Series 3 case and 1x Series 4 (both 42mm) case. So 2 Stars.
Won't Return as it makes my Series 3 Apple watch like a brand new Series 4 ;-)

For apple watch series 1 dé 42mm no use but i used the white insulating case of a shell" catalyst "and so fit me even though the crown is unused, turns but doesn't fit well, since even knowing it might not fit i took a chance i give you a high score because the product is worth it.
